Unimart in Capitol Commons Is Finally Here
The two-storey Unimart at Capitol Commons officially opened it's door last February 19.
This is Unimart's second branch, which followed the major renovation of it's first branch in Greenhills, San Juan.
Unimart, highly associated with Greenhills Shopping Center as it opened 40 years ago, offered wide-varieties of quality products at very reasonable prices. It was the supermarket of choice back in the 90's, even pioneering the idea of including furnitures and kitchenwares on their wide array of products. This concept became the standard for all supermarkets in the Metro.
With wide aisles and spacious grocery space much like the Greenhills branch, the newest Unimart’s shelves are packed and well-stocked with your local favorites and even imported brands. They are pretty organized making your grocery shopping a breeze. You'll be able to tick off your grocery list in no time.
It also has ample parking spaces, having two levels of basement parking available for it's shoppers.
This 20,000 sqm new home of Unimart is an integral part of Capitol Commons' master plan, having the philosophy of being a complete work-live-play community. It provides literally a one-stop supermarket to future residents and surrounding communities alike. Adding convenience exclusive to resident owners, they will offer delivery services of groceries right to their unit's doorstep for a minimal fee.
Unimart will soon include restaurants and food shops on the ground floor, and more stores and service establishments on the second floor.
It will also be linked to the adjacent Estancia Mall, complementing the shopping and dining experience.
Unimart's parking is now accessible through Meralco Avenue. Other parking options include Estancia Mall basement parking, or the open-space parking locations within Capitol Commons.
